30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to start a return
Email tbphotoaz@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 48 hours with a return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and compatibility reasons, certain items (e.g., opened consumables or final-sale items) may not be returnable and will be noted on the product page.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
